She graduated in 1997 from the Villa Clara College of Medicine with a Medical Degree. In 2002 she graduated from the Camaguey College of Medicine with a Comprehensive General Medicine First Degree Specialist degree and in 2007 from Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation First Degree Specialist. In addition to that, she earned a fellowship in Natural and Traditional Medicine in 2009.
Dr. Yuneisy has worked as Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist in several Hospitals and Rehabilitation Clinics in Cuba, including the National Center of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in Havana.
