Ayesha earned a B.A. in Human Movement Science from the University of the Free State in South Africa in 2013. Her passion for sports and human movement inspired her to seek to gain vast knowledge and skills on how to support patients in their healing and recovery from sports injuries. Ayesha worked alongside physiotherapists, chiropractors & sports doctors, assisting them with the rehabilitation of professional individuals & teams across all areas of international/provincial sport as well as the general population.

Ayesha has built an excellent reputation as a highly skilled movement therapist training patients recovering from knee & ankle injuries, lower back & spinal/disc related problems, hip injuries & shoulder injuries, in both acute and chronic stages of recovery.

Her goal is to enable her patients to perform at their optimal level functionally in work, sports and recreation.
